We can give individual discounts to larger groups and companies.

Cancellation fees (reservation of 1 - 3 rooms, weekend packages):
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation fees (reservation from 4 rooms):
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The prices include accommodation, breakfast, Wi-Fi internet access, lockable parking on site (camera system) and stay in the wellness centre with swimming pool and whirlpool at the time scheduled for guests ( from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m..). Be advised this schedule may be subject to change in case interest in private rental of the wellness centre.

You will be charged the local accommodation fee 5 CZK/person/night.

Check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
Check-out from 6.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. (groups with more than 8 members to 10.30 a.m.)

The Hotel Panorama reception is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.. We would like to ask our guests to inform our reception about late arrivals after 10.00 p.m. in advance.

Child under 1,99 years - free of charge without bed. Possibility of renting  a baby cot for 350 CZK per night.

Child under 9,99 years - price of 350 CZK/night if accommodated together with an adult person.

Discounts for handicapped people - owners of ZTP (severe health disability)  or ZTP/P (severe health disability requiring special care) cards - 10% of the accommodation price.

Pets are for 350 CZK per night in a room and in the Panorama Suite for 700 CZK per night in the Panorama Suite. Guide dog is free of charge.

An extra bed in a double room costs 700 CZK per night.

WIFI internet is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

We accept Maestro, Visa and EuroCard/MasterCard credit cards. We do not accept AMEX and Diners Club credit cards.

Accommodation prices include VAT and are valid from 1.6.2023 to 31.12.2024. Discounts are not cumulative and are applicable only if services are ordered directly at reception desk.

These prices are valid during restaurant opening hours. Outside these hours the hotel will charge extra payment.

Pricelists of the rentals, massages, sauna and other services include VAT and are valid from 1.1.2023 to 31.12.2024.

The prices of laundry washing include 21% VAT and are valid from 1.1.2023 to 31.12.2024.
